Project Management & Quality
Project Manager
- In charge of preparation of billings, DTR Weather Charts, permit requirements and all required communications for the project.
- In charge of monitoring project expenses, requisitions of materials and equipments required for the projects.
- Preparation of project schedules and plans and shall be directly supervising the supervisors and foreman assigned to the projects.
- Ensure that all works shall be according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project owner on progress of the project.
Site Supervisors
- In charge of requesting materials and equipments for assigned project.
- Supervision of Site Foreman and manpower assigned to him.
- Assist in field supervision and interpretation of plans and drawings.
Site Foreman
- In charge of ordering materials, equipments, and tools in advance (at least 3 days before).
- In charge of manpower distribution in his assigned project.
- Ensure that the project is done on schedule.
- In charge of securing materials, equipments, and tools at project site.
- In charge of manpower safety at project site.
Safety, Environment & Sustainability
- All employees must wear hardhats on areas with treat of falling debris and other materials (e.g. in and out of the building site, etc).
- All employees are required to wear safety vest on jobsite that requires for their presence to be seen immediately (e.g. road, tunnels, etc).
- All employees are required to wear safety shoes at the jobsite at all times.
- Smoking must be done only on break time. And at least 10 feet away from jobsite or other employees that do not smoke (“Smoking is a choice, breathing is not”).
- No employee shall work if under the influence of alcohol and/or any drugs.
- All employees must have raincoats and rain boots ready at all times in case of unforeseen rain or storm.
- All Heavy Equipment will only be operated by a licensed Heavy Equipment Operator.
- Safety signage must be placed at the jobsite as precautions and to avoid accidents.
Environmental Management
Environmental safety procedures and requirements will be followed as stated on the issued permit and conditions of the Palau Environmental Quality Protection Board.
